(1) The automatic chicken raising equipment needs to strictly control the moisture in the selection of feed and raw materials. If the moisture content of feed ingredients is controlled below 12%, the storage time can be longer. Since the production cost of farmers will also change with fluctuations in raw material prices, it is necessary to store some high-quality and low-cost raw materials to cope with changes in market prices.
(2) Storage management is also one of the conditions to prevent feed mildew. The conditions of the storage warehouse are one of the important links. Broiler cages using automatic chicken raising equipment require high space and good ventilation. The ground should be treated or covered with waterproof material. The raw materials are recommended to be placed about ten centimeters high on the ground with a wooden frame. In addition, the suitable temperature of room C should be about 15 degrees Celsius. The humidity does not exceed 70%.
(3) Use antifungal agents to prevent mildew in feed. If it really needs to be placed for a long time, add calcium propionate, gentian violet and other anti-mold agents to the feed. The general dosage is: 0.1 to 1.0 kg/ton of feed for MDF, and 0.5 to 1 kg/ton of feed for dew-preserving fine salt. It is recommended that in the seasonal environment with high temperature and high humidity, it is recommended not to store raw materials such as fine rice bran, wheat drum, and meat meal for too long. They should be used up as soon as possible. The storage of raw materials is recommended to be classified, packaged, and treated by season. It is recommended to use feed materials with low water content, and use as little or no antifungal agents and fungicides as possible.
